The Foundation was established by Péter László, Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest.
The main goal of the Foundation is publication of accumulated knowledge in food science, especially focusing on physical properties, results and achievements of research and development. The target audience include professionals of food industry, educators of food science and technology, researchers working in the field of agro-, bio- and food physics.
The wealth of the Foundation is managed by the governing board. The representative person of the Foundation is the chairperson of the governing board. The Foundation is open, therefore support from any private and legal entity is welcome. All donations, pecuniary or other, increase the wealth of Foundation. Only honorary members are working in the governing board, including the chairperson.
Accounting and financial management is done by Számolda Ltd. (1031 Budapest, Vitorla utca 11.)
The representative person of the Foundation is Dr. András S. Szabó, chairperson of the governing board.
Reports on the activity of the Foundation can be downloaded in PDF. The Foundation is registered in Hungary, therefore official reports are produced in Hungarian. According to the legislation, identical copies of submitted reports of recent years are published.
